Shifting to local green energy production is critical to the health of our world and everything living on it. We work with organizations large and small that share the passion behind our mission and are ready and willing to act.
Many organizations have been doing this good work for years, and we’re excited to count them as allies. Our approach includes joining forces with groups not typically associated with environmental stewardship, yet moved by the higher calling of protecting our home.
Greenpower is a movement focused on action. We partner with organizations ready to move forward and take concrete steps toward local, community controlled green energy systems.

Established in 1967, the Diocese of Monterey encompasses the four Central Coast counties of Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Benito, and San Luis Obispo. The Diocese is setting a strong example by responding to Pope Francis’ call to care for our common home, and is providing support to all 44 parishes and 18 schools to reduce their energy usage and install on-site solar power.
Santa Cruz, CA based Mynt Systems provides turnkey energy efficiency solutions. Specializing in property assessment, project design, engineering, and execution, Mynt helps companies and individuals reach the goal of operating net-zero and energy-plus buildings.
Founded in January 2015, the Global Catholic Climate Movement (GCCM) is a coalition of 400+ Catholic member organizations across all continents with a constituency of nearly 1 million. GCCM’s diverse membership reflects the diversity of the Catholic family: religious orders, lay movements, youth groups, diocesan offices and Catholic-inspired NGOs.
The San Diego Community Choice Alliance (SDCCA) is comprised of business leaders, activists and community members calling on the City of San Diego to enact Community Choice Energy in 2018, accelerating the transition to a local clean energy economy that drives innovation, creates jobs and benefits businesses and families.
The Monterey Bay Regional Climate Action Compact is an action network of government agencies, educational institutions, private businesses, non-profit, and non-governmental organizations who are committed to working collaboratively to address the causes and effects of global climate change through local initiatives that focus on economic vitality and reduce environmental impacts for the region.
